How we work with you?

We offer a unique combination of a highly customized management succession and transition plan along with liquidity for the retiring business owner.

Unlike corporate buyers, our focus is not on creating profits through cost reduction. And unlike private equity buyers, we do not face strict exit timeframes. We are flexible and can customize a transaction and transition plan which is acceptable to the seller.

This can include continued employment and involvement in the business to your desired level and area for a desired period of time. We can alter economic participation up-front, over time and custom design various levels of upside economic participation.

We can agree to involve and employ certain employees that are important to you and the business.
